OBJECTIVES MEASURABLE OUTCOMES STATUS
Create a group with membership from the Department of Recreation and Parks, local rowing clubs, and communities to explore expansion of rowing facilities and the Rowing Center Local rowing facilities and the Rowing Center expanded along the Middle Branch.  
Create a Middle Branch Park Friends Group to begin programming and volunteer opportunities for Middle Branch Park Local adoption of Middle Branch Park; more programming; more community involvement in park. Complete: Friends of Middle Branch created.
Implement USACE Tidal Middle Branch Project Creation and restoration of up to six new wetland projects in the Middle Branch Under consideration by CALC.
Establish a group tasked to recommend habitat improvements and guide the location and expansion of water based recreational facilities. The quality of habitat and the quantity of recreational facilities are managed to complement each other and grow.  
Assure that the green shoreline and public access to the waterfront are protected at all private redevelopment sites. The public has consistent access to the waterfront area. Enforcement ongoing.
Acquire CSX Sing Bridge for Trail system, extend Gwynns Falls Trail to Southwest Area Park Completion of trail systems Feasability is being studied.
