The Middle Branch Task Force

The Task Force, chaired by Kim Clark, is an interagency group composed of City representatives tasked with implementing the objectives in the Middle Branch Master Plan. The group meets bi-monthly at the Baltimore Development Corporation office at 36 S Charles Street, Suite 1600.
